Product Delivery Intern @ Signet Jewelers, May 2025 - October 2025

I worked directly beneath a Scrum Master in various teams within the IT Department to improve workflow processes, move projects along, and identify any bugs or user stories that can be pushed to a different sprint. I worked in both the SEO and User Checkout Experience teams to improve customer shopping experiences and improve the reachability of Signet’s website on various browsers.

Social Media intern @ everybdy studios, summer 2024

I edited and uploaded multiple YouTube and Instagram clips according to SEO, audience analysis, and branding guidelines. I also edited the brand website and updated it according to podcast episodes released every 2 weeks. I learned how to communicate between multiple individuals, improve turnaround mobility, and highlight important moments.

Seacrest studios intern at Levine children’s hospital @ Atrium Health, summer 2022

I had the privilege of entertaining and uplifting patients at Levine Children’s Hospital via one-hour shows on their in-network television station. I created two different series, one focusing on musical theater and the other introducing patients to the concept of Dungeons & Dragons, as well as new music (particularly K-Pop.) I also facilitated character meet and greets for patients, assisting Princess Anna of Arendelle as she met, sang with, and played with patients and families.

Part-Time Work

Staff Writer at the niner times, October 2023 - November 2024

I wrote 10 articles for the Niner Times’ Opinion Section, bringing important and underrepresented topics to the front of on-campus discussions. I explored a diverse range of topics, like the 2024 Presidential Election, the city of Charlotte’s live music scene, Artificial Intelligence, and Hurricane Helene. I communicated with editors and fellow journalists to find good ledes and interviewed students and campus faculty about these topics with a swift turnaround rate.

Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty, September 2022 - July 2023

I assisted any guests at our store with finding skincare/beauty products that suited their needs and assisted with store maintenance and cleaning. I drove up sales with customer interaction strategies and budgeting knowledge, allowing guests of any budget to find the best products. During peak sales season, I assisted with directing guests toward their desired products and informing them of discounts and promotional sales utilizing knowledge from corporate announcements.

Volunteer / Club Leadership

Outreach Overseer and Presentation Creator at Gold Rush Robotics, October 2023 - Present

I seek out sponsors and outreach events, utilizing communication and persuasion strategies to lock down financial donations, in-kind donations like software, hardware, or materials. I also schedule and coordinate events with off-campus partners, acquiring funding and grants for each event. Also as an officer for the club, I ensure that meetings go smoothly and also assist with office work for the executive committee.

Brand Ambassador and Emcee at Make-A-Wish Central and Western North Carolina, September 2018 - April 2023

For 5 years I was an on-camera and on-stage host for Make-A-Wish, promoting their cause and raising funds through in-person fundraisers, online fundraisers using the Twitch streaming platforms, and being vice president for Marvin Ridge High School’s Make-A-Wish Club. I also assisted Marvin Ridge’s chapter of the National Honors Society in raising over $1,000 for Make-A-Wish, emceeing the final pep rally event at the end of the semester.
